I called on 4/13 due to seeing a mouse in my laundry room. An inspector was able to come out later that week to inspect the house and find problem areas to be fixed. I was impressed that they were available to quickly. I was given a quote, agreed to the service and a date was set for the service to be completed. The service was scheduled for 4/27. When the technicians came out, there had been some miscommunication about the amount of work that needed done so they would need to return to complete the job. Despite them saying the job was not finished, they marked it complete and billed my account. I received a call the next morning saying that they could come Thursday (4/30) to compete and I agreed. Thursday came and went and I did not receive any sort of communication and no one showed up to complete my service. I had reached out to 2 people to ask for an update and did not hear back. I called again the next morning at about 8:30 and was told the manager I needed to speak with was in a meeting and he would call me back. I did not receive a call back. I had to call AGAIN and finally at 3pm I was able to speak with someone and get ANOTHER date scheduled for my service to be completed (5/5). The morning of 5/5 I received a call saying they had no one available to complete my service. After conversation with the manager, he was able to come out and clean and sanitize the inside of my house where the mice had been so I could at least put my house back together (unsure why this wasn’t done the first time since they had the supplies and cleaned up other areas). I was told he would reach out to me later that day to confirm a time to finish the rest of the service. I did not hear anything back and had to reach out to him myself this morning. This has been a very frustrating experience and would not recommend this company.

Kaylee absolutely is the best tech that has ever visited my home. She did tasks that I did not realize others were supposed to already be doing each visit. She's thorough, conscientious and professional. Please send her every time!

I cannot say enough great things about the service I receive from Orkin, especially from Kaylee! She is absolutely amazing. Every time she comes out, she is professional, friendly, and incredibly thorough. She takes the time to explain everything, answers all of my questions, and truly goes above and beyond to make sure our home is taken care of. You can tell she genuinely cares about her work and her customers, which is hard to find these days. It gives me so much peace of mind knowing she’s the one handling our pest control. She is always on time, respectful, and just an all-around wonderful person. Orkin is lucky to have someone like Kaylee on their team! If you’re considering pest control services, I highly recommend them—and if you can request Kaylee, do it!

He was very professional, called ahead of time to say he was on his way, very personable, respectful of my home by putting on shoe booties before walking in and took the time to listen to my concerns and explain the treatments he was using.

Have had the termite pest control for 3-4 years through orkin. They continue to make appointments without customer confirmation even after though we’ve requested it multiple times. They don’t show up when they are scheduled. For example it’s currently 2:16pm and they were supposed to arrive between 10am-12pm for our annual inspection. When we had the mosquito control they also would call and confirm appointments even though we asked because we have a dog and fenced in backyard. They would show up when we aren’t home and unlock our gate to “work”, good thing our dog wasn’t out back. They are overpriced especially for the lack of professionalism. Will finely be looking elsewhere for future services.

Dave is an amazing technician!!! I would trust him in my home to do work if I wasn't even present. He gives you honest expectations and doesn't rush through the job. You can tell with him and their company as a whole, they capitalize on quality verse quantity. That speaks volume in my world

These guys! Come when they want and do what that want. I’m not paying for some boxes to lay out I need a real plan. I cancelled this service two weeks ago and today they are back, with more boxes. I can’t continue to pay for sub par service from a different guy each time on a rental property!

can't speak highly enough about the experience I have had- with whatever it is you might need- this team is bound to deliver. I called around to all competitors from local to national, read many reviews and took a leap of faith with Orkin and couldn't have been more happy in my decision they will give you the straight honest truth (NOT UPSELL) and continue to deliver until any problem is fixed. Dustin is absolutely one of a kind and unbelievable! He is the real deal. My service technician Collin is equally remarkable and has done a fantastic job- without this team im not sure where I would be whatever it is you need this is the place you need to call!
