We’ve had issues with flies 2 different times over a 3 year period and Orkin has taken care of it quickly and effectively each time. Their technicians are always professional and explain their services fully. I typically prefer to use small, local businesses, but I’ve had issues getting help quickly. Orkin has been able to schedule us quickly and take care of our problem quickly when we’ve needed them. Pricing is not cheap but not unreasonable I don’t think. Would recommend if you have an infestation problem that requires immediate attention.

Very Disappointed! Didn't show up to our initial appointment, no call no show. I called the service number and they said they were unable to reach the tech or any of the service managers to even see if they were still coming out today. Told me i could just wait to see if they showed up at some point or they would call me probably tomorrow. I tried to explain i would be at work tomorrow and couldn't be here to let them in, which is why i SCHEDULE THE APPOINTMENT FOR TODAY. The rep on the phone didn't care, said she was in Louisville and she didn't know anyone in my area and couldn't help me. I cancelled the service, will find a more professional company that respects my time.

The representative was great. He performed what HE said he would do. He was courteous and professional. He gave some advice and insight. I was given the impression, by the phone representative, that a service person would seal holes and entries that rodents could use. I was told the service person would get on the roof.
