My only comment was that the sales department needed to communicate better with tpeople that come out to work in your home. There was a little confusion and misunderstanding, But it all worked out well in the end. I am happy with what they did.And I'm waiting to see if I need them to come back at the fifteen or Thirty day promise to return if needed. Here's open I don't.

We had an infestation of bugs that Spencer was able to identify immediately. He called that he would be early which worked perfectly. The communication is awesome. He identified the source and sprayed around the house on the first visit. To say I’m relieved and grateful is an understatement. Also, the person I scheduled the appointment with and the person that came out, Spencer, were very nice and helpful.

I had to call a few times to get someone to come out and do an inspection and before they left we confirmed that me date but they came when I was out of town. It was no big deal because I was able to reschedule but he came down and did everything so quickly to the point they didn’t ask me if the payment was my preferred method of payment before charging my card.
