Our experience with Orkin, specifically with Dale and Nick from the 18 mile road office was exceptional. Both Dale and Nick were extremely knowledgeable, responsive and willing to listen to all of our questions and concerns about our possible infestation. Dale even addressed concerns that a couple of my children had about their homes too. Orkin’s 18 mile office person answering the phone, Ariel was also extremely helpful and kind. This was so important to me, since I was really nervous about our bug situation. I was ecstatic today to learn that at this time we are bug free! Overall, Orkin is extremely professional and thorough. I would recommend Orkin to anyone.

We are very satisfied with the service provided by Orkin. After the inspection they set traps and they have responded promptly to our calls. They provide monitoring and I love that the service continues for a month after they catch all the critters installed in our home. Their service is bringing back the peace of mind so needed. It is very stressful to have mice since they can destroy your belongings quicly and they bring disease with them, so I don't want them in my house and Orkin is doing a great job taking care of us. I would hire them again if needed.

Ken is our seek and destroyer! I appreciate his promptness. He’s been with us for so long and knows our property well. I just open the door, he sneaks in so the dogs don’t hear him and start barking, and I go back to work. He completes the job unsupervised and I appreciate that!
