Today, I had the pleasure of meeting William K. We are on a bi-monthly service with Orkin, since November. I am happy with the timely manner he arrived. I had a 4pm-6pm time slot and he arrived at 4:45. The text message alerts let you know when your tech is in route to your house, their name and when they have arrived. William made sure he explained the process and products that he was using during his visit. He gave me many tips and advice and I feel that I have learned a lot and that I can use the information he gave me and help assist in the process of eliminating our pest problem. I'm confident that William, and the Orkin team, will be able to solve the and prevent any further issues.

When I called, the support staff was kind and courteous. By the time we finished, I knew how much it cost and the terms and conditions of the contract. I was able to get a same day appointment. The technician called to let me know that he was on the way. When he arrived I found him to be extremely kind, knowledgeable, and efficient. The only issue I had was that they don't accept cash. Overall I was very please with the experience.
