The extermination workers are great and have helped me with our kitten and his flea issue. There’s a huge miscommunication with the administration office, however. Two weeks ago I’ve asked them to call so that they were able to further explain the contract I signed, as I was confused on payment. They took two weeks to even reach back to me AFTER I have already told the extermantor who visited, that I no longer needed an explanation as he was able to help me understand the contract. The lack of communication from admin staff is very offputting and the amount of time they took to reach back to me is very Unprofessional. Very disappointing.

We just moved into our new home and were immediately overwhelmed by pest problems — fleas in the crawl space, flies everywhere, a rat tail found outside, and stray cats hanging around the property. It was a lot to deal with, and our contractor even refused to go into the crawl space because of the fleas. Thankfully, Elijah Pipkin came to the rescue! He was incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. Elijah took the time to listen to all my concerns, patiently answered every question, and thoroughly explained the treatment plan for our entire home. He didn’t rush through anything and made sure every area was addressed. His calm and confident approach made me feel completely reassured during a very stressful time. Elijah went above and beyond, and his customer service was top-notch. Seriously, give this guy a raise! Highly recommend Elijah for anyone needing pest control help!!

we had our initial service done but the person showed up 30 mins after the scheduled 2 hour window. We had the indoor and outdoor treatment planned. When he finished the outdoor service he kept asking to reschedule the indoor treatment as he was on time crunch. After coming in late himself in the first place. They do not allow you to be in the house at all while they are doing the treatment and ask to not enter for 2 hours. So not even sure if they properly did the whole house. Wonder what kind of chemicals are being used if its that much safety concern. Noticed after the treatment that the spider webs were not knocked off as per request. Only a few were but left a lot others like that inside the garage. (I wonder because of the time crunch the treatment indoor was done in a lot of haste). I am rethinking whether to continue the service looking at the safety concern about indoor usage. We have had other pest control service where this concern was not there at all

Made me feel comfortable and answered any questions I had as they came up throughout the time I was using the service. Be warned-orkin does try to keep locked into the service for a year, so be careful what you sign.
