Fast and friendly service. Michael is always extremely professional, nice, and he does a thorough job. I had a really bad flea infestation from the dozens of feral cats in my neighborhood. I don't even own any pets! The fleas got inside my house and all it took was one call to Orkin to eliminate them. The fleas came back but after a second treatment, they were finally gone. It's also very nice not to have spiders and spider webs around the entrances to my house. I am also very happy at how affordable Orkin really was! I wasted so much time and money trying to get rid of the fleas myself because I thought that Orkin might be too expensive. But it wasn't. I should have called them a long time ago. If you have a flea problem or any other issues with pets or rodents, they check for those too and treat them, don't hesitate to give Orkin a call! They always give you advance notice when your appointment is about to happen and they call you the day before to let you know that they'll be coming out and also the time. They are so good at following up! I highly recommend them!

I’d like to start with the customer representative who scheduled the appointment. I am so sorry I do not remember her name, but she was so kind, laid back but also saved us some $ on the bimonthly service that we know we need. The visit was scheduled for the next day - Mike was excellent! Patient, thorough and informative. We live in the Oakland Hills, surrounded by critters of all kinds. In less than 2 hours, the exterior was treated and plans for the follow up appointment was made. Thank you for all your help.

Warning, do not go to this company. Worst service in the Bay area made several appointments. No one showed up. I got text that they would be arriving. And no one showed up dozens, sometimes and missed work because of it. I even called the company to confirm that the agent was coming and no one showed up. And I missed work. I've been waiting for A Refund for 2 weeks. Nobody's there to help, no manager. Orkin is one of the worst companies on the planet. Negative stars don't go here big scam! Shame on them for being such a horrible company!

My recent encounter with Orkin left me flabbergasted and appalled, as they not only failed to inspect my house for more vermin and doing cleanup, but also displayed a shocking lack of courtesy and professionalism in their customer service. Let us first address the egregious oversight in their duties: the cleanup of rat feces. One would assume that a company boasting expertise in pest control would understand the importance of not only exterminating the rodents but also sanitizing the affected areas. However, Orkin's negligence in this regard was nothing short of astonishing. Despite repeated assurances and my signing the special service agreement for $500, the rat feces remained untouched, festering reminders of Orkin's inability to fulfill their obligations completely. Yet, the disappointment did not end with their failure. Instead, it was exacerbated by the abhorrent behavior exhibited by their customer service representatives. Rude, dismissive, and utterly lacking in empathy, they treated my concerns with disdain, as though I were inconveniencing them with my rightful expectations of adequate service. Upon raising the issue of the neglected cleanup, I was met with condescension and thinly veiled accusations of incompetence on my part. It appeared that Orkin's modus operandi involved deflecting blame rather than assuming responsibility for their own inadequacies. That seems Kyle's MO to say the least. I caution anyone considering Orkin for their pest control needs to think twice and explore alternative options.

I hired Orkin because we had a mouse problem. They set traps which I could've bought myself at the home Depot. After several weeks I noticed they had not caught one mouse. I also noticed they were more droppings all over the house, so my problem was getting worse. On top of this their guy rescheduled two visits which was highly inconvenient since you were supposed to be home when they come. The guy didn't even show up for one scheduled visit. I'm not sure how they have good ratings here. If you check on Yelp you'll see they have less than two stars. At the end I just covered all the holes where they were coming in and that solved the problem. Don't waste your money with these people. I had to pay almost $400 for nothing.

Excellent customer service from Elijah P.!!! He was so kind, helpful, patient, and very knowledgeable. He explained the whole process of his visit and was very professional. I have used Clark’s over the years and wanted to try a different company and I am so glad I did. I would definitely recommend Orkin and ask for Elijah!!!

We’ve had one service and everything was fine. I wish I would have known ahead of time that If they spray inside the home, we need to be gone for two hours. Otherwise, so far so good.

My technicians were amazing. No complaints super communicative and may treatments super convenient, effective, and quick. However, I moved from a five bedroom home with tons of trees and a backyard to a two bedroom Uptown apartment so I no longer required the services after six months of being in contract. It took multiple communication inquiries to speak to the manager at this location, to discuss canceling my services and when I did, I felt his Customer Service level lacked professionalism and he offered no resolution for my move. He failed to advise that all the extra add-on services which I had were not under contract and could be removed. That made me feel misled and taken advantage of. I ended up speaking to another representative through the main 800 number to review my contract - to see what extra services I was not contractually bound to. Ultimately, I felt the manager acted as if canceling out one contract early would be such a detriment to the success of the store financially status. So I ended up transferring the remains services to my relatives in North Carolina.

Corey was AWESOME! He called prior to arrival. He’s explained the services but more importantly he educated me on the various types of spiders, which ones were common to the area, which ones cause skin rashes as well as toxic. He did a thorough job on the exterior of my home, cleaning all windows, roof lip hangovers, and bushes. The treatment on the structure perimeters that met the ground and concrete were steady and not rushed, ensuring no areas or crevices were missed. Corey explained the products used on both the interior and exterior of my home. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable based on his extensive experience. Big difference from other providers I’ve used in the past.
