I would have rated it zero if there was option for it. The technician pounded my property without my permission and caused damages to my front porch . I asked him why he dud that and he said it is their standard way to do it. I called their customer service to have someone come to fix the paint etc and was told they would get back to me within 24-48 hours. I haven’t received any call or response from them.I think alk the five star reviews are fake

Alberto is very professional and efficient. We had a HUGE ant invasion outside and inside the house and I called around to so many pest control companies and Orkin was the most reasonable priced! They came out next day and controlled the ants and they were gone within a day. I am very happy with the service.

Today our guy Jonathan came to do his service at our VC home. He cleaned off all the spider webs around the property and sprayed - we don’t have issues with ants, bugs or spiders. He’s always so nice and my dog even loves him. Thanks Orkin !

This review is for the personalized on-site service we have had from the Vista, California branch, not the central scheduling department or other general aspects. We are very happy with the level of service we have had at our home with Orkin through the years, but are especially pleased with the level of service, detail, and thoroughness we have had in recent months from our current technician, Jonathan Trujillo. He is consistently pleasant, attentive to listening to concerns, and most importantly he is very thorough and thoughtful in the details of resolving any problems or concerns we have. Many people in his position can be impatient, short, or dismissive, or try to do the minimum to appease the customer, but Jonathan stands out because he seems to want to go above and beyond for the customer. We are very pleased to have him service our home and everything he has done on behalf of Orkin to keep our property safe and minimize any problems we have with pests.

Orkin came out and treated our home inside and outside on the property for ants, spiders, earwigs and up to 15 pests total. They gave me a great competitive price, since I mentioned the lower quotes I was getting from other companies. I really appreciate the knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and trustworthy technician, Aaron H., who quickly explained their process and had me walk him throughout the property inside and out to explain where my main concerns were. He reassured me about the safety of their pesticides since we have kids and animals. I have had other pesticide companies spray my properties in the past, and I’m so glad we went with Orkin . They were by far more professional, experienced and quoted me a better rate.
