Terrible with scheduling and communication. Actually had a technician no show and not respond to messages. When I called back to ask for refund or schedule a missed treatment, no apology and it was rescheduled. No confirmation email. Online it lists them as open 24 hours but they actually aren’t and don’t respond to messages as I left a message 3 business days ago and no one responded to that still. Terrible company. Going back to Lloyd’s or another if anyone has suggestions.

I used this service years ago and decided with my new property i would use them again. First year went great..... and then it became a nightmare. They added on services I did not approve and billed me for it. I called repeatedly to remove the charge as i did not approve the service. They never canceled it so i was repeatedly charged for it. After fighting for several months over it i cancelled my services all together. I had their customer retention team call me and convinced me to continue with my original plan. I said yes, because ants are a major problem in my area.... well no one ever came back to my house. I got texts and emails confirming my appointments and messages that the tech was HERE but i was not home and the tech we originally had knew to just use my side gate for spraying outside so i assumed it would be the same guy and same situation... my cameras show no one ever showed up. this happed 3 separate times. 3 times i was notified of a tech coming, 3 times no one showed up and i have camera proof of it. On the last visit I went outside when i got the text of their arrival and there was no one here again. I called them and they told me my appointment had been rescheduled for another day.. then why was i notified they were here? then they charged me AGAIN for the extra services that made me fire them in the first place. So i was billed 3 times for services never rendered and extra services i never approved. I canceled them again. I talked with a manager and they told me they cleared my account balance and there wouldnt be any further issue... well a month later got a bill again for the extra services. i called again, was told they were taking care of it. Now we are 5 months later and I got ANOTHER bill for the same extra services and was notified it was going to collections. This bill they told me they were issuing a credit to remove it as i cancelled them again several months ago. So overall I am not happy with this company. Between the billing of services without notice or approval, then the issue with no one ever coming to render the services i did pay for and now the problem of struggling to get these charges i never approved removed from my closed account and not go to collections. They have throughly destroyed my trust in them.
