Always arrives within time slot requested. Employees are always in easy to identify uniforms. Friendly, informative and very thorough. You can ask questions and tell them which areas need more attention. If pests return before your next visit, they will redo free of charge. You can't ask for better than that!

I have had them spray my house for several years now. We have had minor issues with them. They were always helpful in fixing any issues we ran into. I would definitely recommend them to others. The prices are fair and they never try to see you more than you actually need.

I had a fabulous service man named John. He did all the eaves and windows to remove spider webs. He took his time and it was very effective. I haven't had him in months and the new person is very nice but is literally here for about 5-7 mins with no special care to my property. I have numerous indoor pests and i never had them with John. My mom is changing companies and I will be following. The rate for service increases every few months and the service time is less and less.

Manny was my ORKIN representative he listened to my issues, addressed each of them and was very professional and kind. I have a “phobia” with earwigs. We just had a huge infestation problem 4 months ago. But now they are back, and I see them not just at my home but out and about town as well. He explained the chemicals he used as well as where they are nesting. We have the mosquito package as well which has had tremendous results for not just mosquitoes but the knots as well. Have been back and forth on whether or not to hire a pest control company or DIY going back and forth to Home Depot. A friend recommended Orkin and I was surprised how affordable they were and how often they come out to do the service. Definitely worth it and definitely gives me and my family peace of mind not having to worry about creepy crawlies coming in the house. I’d recommend Orkin 100%
