I suspected mice in my home called Orkin they sent a lady up for the inspection she found no problem yet I knew something was eating dried food from my dogs bowl that just passed away. So went out and got cameras and caught mice on them. Called back saying I have them on camera and need them gone now as my first wife died by breathing rodent droppings and need whatever it takes. Money was not a problem only the mice. She would not take my money or offer any service to help with my big problem. Just told me things I could do myself. I was looking for a professional person on this huge thing to me not a just do it yourself and hope you do it right the first time. Anyway called one of there competition and got real fast professional service week later no mice six months later still no mice. Need it done now don't call Orkin at least Bakersfield office or your problem will just multiply rather quickly. Would of gave them one tenth of a star if allowed. So they post a response and say call us we want to make this right. They can't problem fixed by there competition. But thought I would talk to them called and put on hold for ever ear hurt had to hang up. Wow such service I don't deserve. Just keeps getting better so after I could not get a hold of the owner who asked me to call and try to make right so the lady who would not give me any service prices text me not call but a text saying the response from owner is just an automated response from google that most big company's do. Not a sincere letter from the owner. So they give the review to the one who denied me service to handle the complaint. So now a fake letter from the owner who is to busy to handle his customers complaints and has the one who created it to solve it when she did not want the work in the first place. Yes problem solved payed there competition over $2,242 but they could of had that and my big problem would of been solved in a timely matter and I would have not have to wait for someone else to give me great service I was seeking. All I wanted is the mice gone at what ever cost and fast just gone did not want my son to lose his dad the same way his mom died by breathing in rodent droppings.

Excellent service done as always. My service personnel was Eddy and he went beyond normal to take care of the spraying of the ground and ant population management and etc. He called before the service and was here between the time range of the appointment. All together, I have nothing but good to say about Orkin.

Eduardo is fantastic. I would highly recommend Orkin solely based on his expertise. He caught two mice during his first service visit (he hadn’t even finished spraying the perimeter before catching the mice in the guest house). It just goes to show he knows what he’s doing!

I’ve been with ORKIN for about five months now. Everything has been great. Gustavo was the one that did the inspection and he was phenomenal. Even when I called him to come check on some rat traps he came that same day. The customer service is exceptional and the spray that this company uses is amazing because they come every other month and I find dead bugs all the time so it continues to work. Probably will stay with this company for a long time. I’m usually trying to find a company that works great and this one checks all the boxes.
