I gave a five star review originally. But that was until they dispatched an exterminator to my home with zero notification and zero confirmation on my part. I wasn’t even home. And then they charged me 145$ for a service I never received. I contacted the manager via email and I’ve still not had the 145$ charge reversed.

Pretty disappointed with the customer experience today from Orkin. Called back to make an appointment and was told that a technician had availability this afternoon from 2-4pm. Wow that’s awesome, I thought. Sadly no one came, no one called- bad customer service. I called to see if anyone was still coming only to be put on hold for over 10 minutes and finally being told that the representative had no answer for me and wanted me to reschedule. Fool me once shame on you- fool me twice shame on me… I took an afternoon off from work to get this handled from a near 5 star rated company. Someone please make this right.

They came earlier because I said they could and Austin was very professional. Only problem I'm having is I paid him and the company charged my card. So now finding out the guy who called me undercharged me and now they want to charge me more. Not my fault he gave the wrong price and I don't feel I should pay for his mistakes. So we'll see what happens. Also tech schedule a week later to come back to do the cabinets because I never was sent a list of things to do before hand. I got all the stuff out of my cabinet and now nobody showed up or called to do the complete first visit that I was over charged for. I would not want this company to do my home again ever. I really didn't see this coming because I've always had good service from this company many many years ago. I hope I can get out of the contract that I had to sign before they even came out to do the work.

The best park was the person came for inspection was very detailed and checked every corner and explained what to look for and most importantly was not pushy about the service! We initially saw a black widow and hence the inspection which was free but we ended up doing the service because I just wanted to have a peace of my mind. But though out the whole inspection he never tried to push me for inspection. That was great. I will highly recommend them.
