“y unprofessional walked into my home and got upset that I had a few glasses in the cabinet before pest treatment I told him I’d remove them which would take me seconds as I had just moved in. Pest tech began screaming at me in my home and stated that I don’t listen and that I don’t follow directions. He was also very adamant about me not being home, which raised a few red flags, although I would have gladly left once treatment started. He’s a short pest tech with a scruffy beard didn’t catch his name he then left my home without work being completed still screaming at me. I have video monitoring all around my home which recorded the entire encounter I can’t say I’m displeased with the company but definitely not happy with the people they hire.”

“Updated Aug 28th, 2015 I got a call from the owner, and that it was a misunderstanding by the receptionist. The $90 does cover the following 3 month period (until Nov), after which the service will end. It makes sense, the owner called and explained the situation and seemed sincere. --------------------------------- Original review Aug 28th, 2015 Terrible service. Avoid at all costs. I canceled an annual contract before the renewal date (canceled in Aug, it was supposed to renew in Sep). Yet, I got charged $90, and was informed that I wouldn't get the service either. You can't have the money w/o providing the service.”
