“Completely unprofessional, seemed a little unorganized and had me give a card over the phone before they came out. Nothing was charged and wasn’t supposed to be until after the service. I cancelled before they came anyway because I couldnt get a copy of their 3 year warranty. Dont think they mean bad, probably do good work but just seem very disorganized and were rude to talk to if i wanted more information. I have squirrels in my attic so i know they can come back, just wanted to know my money wouldnt be wasted and what I was assured they would do to make sure they solve my issue. I seemed sketched out by the fact that I was told they are “too busy to go back and forth about the warranty “ but were ready to come out the next day, so you do still respond to call backs or..?”

“We heard an owl inside of our house. After a brief period of freaking out we deduced that it was inside the chimney, just above the fireplace dampers. There was no way to extract the animal from above, so Baystate's crew was able to safely capture the owl by carefully opening the damper and gripping the owl with one of their tools. The placed it in a bag, took it outside and after a few seconds it flew away, unharmed. They were very professional and it was like an episode of "Wild Kingdom" in our own home.”
