“I read some of the reviews for MoJoe Termite Co. and I have to say 'Yes, they were personable, friendly, and worked with me on the cost of the Termite Tenting'... Their "You’ll be FREE of Drywood Termites or we’ll fumigate again for FREE. That’s our 6 YEAR GUARANTEE" isn't all it's cracked up to be. In fact it isn't at all a '6 year Termites appear & they fumigate for free'. I had hired them because they talked to me, not calling my ex, and they guaranteed the Tenting for 6 YEARS. In just under 6 years I had a carpenter add a patio cover onto the back of the house and loads of Termites started coming out onto the new wood. I called MoJoe right away and asked him to 'come check this' because my 6 years was going to be up in a couple months. He came out with a 'legal looking' gentleman and they looked at the area, I showed them the Termites that we had caught or smashed. His response was "It is a swarming season, I just walked across the street and there was a swarm of them." I've lived here since 1984 and I hadn't seen any 'swarms' that day or week or month... or at any other time, we called him because we saw the 'dust' left behind in my son's room.
