“I do not recommend Central Coast Termite to anyone. Dealing with Central Coast Termite and Owner Greg Crist during the sale of our home was a terrible ordeal. To begin with, Owner Greg Crist did not return telephone calls or emails in a timely fashion regarding their poor workmanship or when they would come back to complete their work. As a result of Central Coast's poor communications and work quality, our "one day repair" turned out to be three total days over nearly two weeks because the first Central Coast Termite employee assigned to our job had little experience with roof repairs and re-assembled the roof tiles incorrectly. The Central Coast Termite field supervisor, who ultimately finished the roof repair to our satisfaction, reported that Central Coast Termite is understaffed because Mr. Crist does not adequately pay his employees and cannot retain experienced workers. Owner Greg Crist insisted on charging the full estimate when the work completed was not as extensive as the original estimate. I am surprised that I would be asked a third time to comment on the work performed by Central Coast Termite because apparently my first two unfavorable reviews were never published. One review was on Yelp and the second on Google.”
