“This company sprays from my landlord. Still have the occasional cockroach. Always find things disturbed on days they've been here (they leave a business card and come on scheduled days (first or second Tuesday each month). They've done weird things like close the bathroom door and leave the light on inside. They've over sprayed getting chemicals on dishes in the dish drying rack. I wouldn't use them and cannot recommend them.”

“My husband and I are long time customers of Modern Exterminating. Since we moved from Blythewood to West Columbia several years ago, we have experienced excellent service at the hands of Cindy Grumewald! Through various issues we have had problems with over time, Cindy has always been there to explain what she was doing to eliminate the problems. We have a virtually bug free home because of her! She listens whenever she comes to any and all questions we have, and together we decide on a plan of action. She knows about my grandkids and is careful to use only super safe chemicals! Through the years, she has become a partner and friend. But yesterday, we called her about a problem we experienced when we returned home from our vacation. Cindy came the same day I called (yesterday) which I know must have been during her lunch time. She proceeded to do all the things necessary to rid us of the problem. She spent a great deal of time...fitting us into her already heavily scheduled day. She also gave us tips of things we cd do to further remedy any problems and prevent future ones...which we are implementing. I don't always take the time to write reviews like this as often as I should...but my husband and I felt that this was certainly a time when one of your employees definitely went "above and beyond" what needed to be done. That peace of mind is priceless! We know you value customer service as any business should! You have one of the best as far as customer service and knowledge that we have ever dealt with in Cindy!
