“I have zero complaints about the service or the spray. I live near the water and see a noticeable difference in the number of spiders with using the service from April - October. I knocked one star off due to poor customer service since we pre-pay for the entire season, every season, and this year we are being billed for monthly services, despite our check being cashed for the six months of pre-paid service. The older woman that answers the phone should not be doing so... she can’t hear, claims to not be able to access any customer records, and after leaving THREE messages with her, I have received no return phone calls and continue to receive monthly bills for a service I already pre-paid. Either hire a competent person to answer the phone, or let it go to voicemail where a competent person can handle the messages later... she isn’t doing the business any favors ?”
