“I'm very pleased with my service. I called yesterday about what I thought was a Termite issue in my house. I found a hole under the kitchen cabinet that had a pile of dirt outside of it like a ant pile. They said they would come the next day at 1pm which is today Nov. 4. They actually came 2 mins before 1pm (to me that is huge points, not like time warner cable who makes you sit around all day when they tell you they will be by from 9am to 5pm). So this older man (I am horrible with names) with a mantis button up on and a younger man with regular clothes on came in and looked at the hole in my kitchen. The older man pulled out some of the debris and determined that it was probably a mouse or rat and definitely not carpenter ants or termites. I think its really honorable that they didn't just take advantage of me being a lady who is unsure of what is what. Meaning they could have easily been like "yup ok you got termites now lets drill in your slab and charge you and arm and a leg" (I know what the remedy for termites is because when I discovered the dirt pile I researched termites on google.) They told me that this was basically something I could take care of myself a lot cheaper and didn't even charge me for coming out. So anyhow I am thankful that they were honest. I'm thankful that they didn't take advantage. They were very polite. Very nice. Never felt like they were judging me like I have with other companies/businesses. On point. They know what they are doing and what they are dealing with. They are on time. Thank you so much. If anyone is wondering if this is a the company you shoudl call for your bugs or whatever you got call them because if you end up with an experience like mine you won't regret it.”
