“Not very pleased with this company at all !!! Granted, the company was hired through the not so great property management company that I rent with. I had to call the company to be sure they were suppose to be out here, they didn't sound like they were sure of anything that was asked during the actual treatment. The "manager" was decent during his first visit out to inspect. However, the clowns he sent out to do the treatment were NOT! So, I'm in the kitchen and I notice a figure by the door. There wasn't a knock or anything. I open the door and said hello. Clown #1 said " hi uhhhh we're here for uhhhh" . Then Clown #2 jumped in , "1491... uhhh termites thing. " At this point, I'm so flabbergasted. I just say okay and they walk back to the truck. While they are at the truck, I call the company to be sure, and everything is confirmed. Here comes Clown #1 ( this is because they didn't provide any names) , he walks in I show him where the pests are. He tells me hes just going to foam the back wall where the termites are. I say okay. I ask, "Should I remove my pets, is it dangerous for them to be around?". He said," No, it only affects the termites because they are so small." he then proceeds to drill and foam the wall. When he is finished he says, "Now, I would keep your pets away from the wall because it will make them sick." ARE YOU KIDDING ME !? I JUST ASKED ABOUT THAT !!!! This whole time clown #2 is just walking around behind clown #1. They walked in the flowers beds carelessly. So I asked that they please watch where they step because I just planted flowers and Clown #1 looks at me like I'm an idiot. Then he comes back with these green tubes to stick in the ground around the house and just stares at the beds. Clown #1 looks at me and says " We need to put these up against the house.... uhhhhh ". So I'm sure its obvious I'm annoyed now. I say, " Yes I understand, we have termites and you need to put them up against the house. However, I just ask that you watch where you put them and where you step because I just planted stuff. " So Clown #1 and #2 start walking around chucking the things in the beds. Then they come through and drill into the ground. I found out some of my Lilies and mums were CRUSHED. They were very careless. They didn't say hardly anything and when they did they didn't seem knowledgeable. I'm glad this wasn't my responsibility.”

“I hired Home Paramount to do exclusion work ($450) on my home to help address issues with mice. I'm not a subscriber to Home Paramount pest control regular services, so this was a one-time deal. The exclusion service came with a 30-day warranty. I tried to utilize the warranty within the 30-day period because mice were still getting in my home after the exclusion work. Alvin, a sales manager, decided to argue with me over the phone and was refusing to offer exclusion service support under warranty. Alvin was extremely rude and disrespectful. He was yelling at me (yes, shouting at me) and didn't want to address the warranty. Rick, a Home Paramount service tech, was standing next to me with Alvin on speaker and Rick was shaking his head the whole time in disbelief of the way I was being treated by Alvin. Apparently one of the service techs even lied to Alvin about a portion of the original exclusion work. Alvin said that I refused the caulking portion of the original service because "I didn't like the color of the caulk." That was absurd, I was told at the time of service by the tech (Matt) that he didn't have any caulk with him in the truck. My experience with this company was bad. Communication was messy and all over the place between the branch manager Ofelia, Alvin, and service techs. It became a "he said, she said" situation with no one to be held accountable. I won't be recommending Home Paramount to anyone. It's completely unacceptable to be treated with such disrespect. I still can't believe that Alvin was shouting at me as if we were in some kind of personal dispute. This is business, come on. I don't feel safe around this company and you probably won't either. Save yourself the trouble.”

“The service here was terrible, the technician didnt spray everywhere but than reported that he did, I had to keep calling them out numerous times after they already sprayed. The customer service is horrible!!! Do not waste your time this place is over priced and not worth a dime. I will be taking my business to Terminex.”
