This company always sends out the nicest guys, they really do a good job for you, they drill and fill so quickly you don't even know how they do it so fast, but theyre there when you call, they schedule quickly..You want them quickly when you see termites for sure. this is the third time I've had them at my house, and they are always so pleasant, and explain what theyre doing, and cost half of what the large companies cost. “I called and they set up an appointment for Saturday- btw 7 and 12. At 1155 I called and they said tech was late and needed to bump til 2- then they simply never showed and never called. A whole day shot waiting for them- if they had the courtesy to call, I wouldn't be so pissed off. But to miss both times w/o letting a waiting customer know what was going on is indicative of a shop or personnel that either don't care, or are incompetent. By the way the first time I called there wasn't even a mhint of apology for missing the first time frame. I should have known then they wouldn't keep their commitment.”
