“Not great. I signed up for recurring service. I've committed to pay for 4 visits a year. They send an email about a day before the scheduled visit. It's not easy to reschedule them so that I can be home when they come. After the visit, there is no evidence that they've come other than a door hanger and a charge on the CC. No traps are cleaned or refilled with bait. They basically just drive by the place and charge $100 for it. I'm cancelling the ongoing service.”

“Not satisfied at all. Me and my girlfriend hired home paramount to do pest control last summer. When they came out to do exclusion work they caused $3800 in damage to our property. Now they only want to offer $1000 towards repairs. I totally understand accidents happen but a company of this size and stature should do whatever it takes to make it right. It has now been nine months and nothing has been done.”
