“I have worked with them for over 3 years and have never had an issue. There has never been a late or missed appointment and they have even come with no appointment when I have had a bug emergency! I have never seen anybody so enthusiastic about finding and eliminating bugs!! He stands by his work and Is reasonable. Being in customer service, I am sensitive about the service I receive and they definitely have earned my business. I would not hesitate to refer my friends and family too. Most recently I asked for extra attention to two special trees in the wake of the spotted lantern fly. They treated them and so far I have not had an issue while there are so many reports of them everywhere.”
