“Rider Pest Control (Newnan, GA), I'm not an individual that typically complains.. Yet, I'm blown away by how my family was treated by your Operations Manager. The overall experience was incredibly disrespectful, negligent, and careless. In our experience, quality customer service was non-existent from your Operations Manager. As a local operator of multiple businesses, I know this is NOT how you run a successful business. The Operations Manager did not attempt to resolve our issue when presented with the information. Instead, he raised his voice and hung up on me; twice. And hung up on my wife, as well. Additionally, he claimed to be focused on "professionalism" yet, he spoke badly about the previous Operations Manager in front of me, a customer, on his first visit to my home. How does one lead operations in a business but not lead by example? What happen to Core Values and morals? To be clear, ALL other staff we dealt with were great. ALL of these negative reviews could have been avoided if the Operations Manager (or preferably the Owner) would haves simply attempted to fixed our issue.. not to mention, why remove my original review AND block me? “Jennie has been coming to our home quarterly for over a year and I cannot be more pleased with our service. On the initial visit she walked our yard with me showing me where problems were and then fixed them. She texts me when she is going to be in my area and works with me if I am unable to be there. She is prompt and always courteous. Couldn't ask for better service.”
