Best pest control visit yet! came with advance notice, came with my personal pest control plan already laid out then implemented it, then briefed it. Well done as expected. Great technicians, know their business.

Normally get great service but didn’t get that today. He did not spray the interior of my house which I had asked for. Called to confirm the that the order said spray interior baseboards (which it did). Only put ant gel by one kitchen window and left. Now I have to wait a week before they can come out again.

Ok, I called New Port News branch initially to inquire about their services and pricing and I did mention that I’m shopping around. I understand how well they are doing good with the business but do they need to be over proud and getting impatient? I called today for the second time and talked with a different staff, and she mentioned I called before and “what more do you wanna know?”with a very unprofessional tone. Such a disgrace to the fame of the company. They need to stay professional regardless how often I called them to inquire, especially to the future customers. I hope this is addressed and get fixed.

Fox Pest Control goes above and beyond for its customers. Recently I had an issue and they sent a technician, Joseph Pizer, to support us. Joe not only removed the issue, but ensured follow up visits occurred to ensure it did not return. He was professional and friendly in every visit to ensure our concerns were addressed. This is Fox Pest Control at their best.
