Super unimpressed. When I called for the initial appointment (albeit to the national number, didn't speak to someone local) I was told that person would have a ladder that would reach the top of my house. They did not. Then I was contacted asking if my number was correct so that I could be contacted services. I asked a question (not about services). No response. This happened again (from a different number). No response. Just this week, I was contacted about termite inspection. I asked about cost. They got back to me super fast on that question. The man who came to my house on the initial service was very nice and very professional. All other contact has been poor.

I worked at fox pest for 3 years, and unfortunately, my experience ended on a very disappointing and unprofessional note. Despite doing my job, communicating directly with my manager, and even providing a doctor’s note when I wasn’t feeling well, I was abruptly let go without any explanation, documentation, or proper HR procedure. There was no conversation, no warnings, no paperwork — just “today is your last day.” After raising valid concerns about scheduling issues, workplace communication, and my well-being, I genuinely felt retaliated against. I had hoped things would improve, but instead, I was dismissed with no reasoning. It’s disheartening to be treated like you’re disposable, especially after showing up and doing the work for years. I’m sharing this so others know to proceed with caution. You deserve to work somewhere that values professionalism, respect, and basic communication. This company is not for you please proceed with caution!!!!

Fox has some pretty excellent people on staff. The gentleman that last visited our home was Jonathan Hines. He is a "10". Great communicator- listens well - obviously experienced - polite - cordial but also very business like. Thorough in his work.

Technician Lucas Sandridge is ABSOLUTELY the BEST! He is very professional, took the time to explain everything and did an exceptional job servicing my home. He is a man of his word! He stated he would return the next day to spray and remove beehive and that is exactly what he did, to include a phone call prior to his arrival! I was going to leave Fox. However, thanks to Lucas I am a satisfied customer and will stay with Fox!!! Ms. Valerie!🤗

Individual did not know what he was supposed to do and was not aware that the service was supposed to include the garage in addition to the house. I do not think it's unreasonable to expect that your technician be familiar with the requirements of the contract for this address. If I had not been here he would have done only half of the required service. I refused the service, and if this happens again I will terminate my contract with Fox.

Our technician Johnnie is always great! If he shows up and we forgot to open the gate, he works with us and comes back later. If I ever have special requests he always makes sure to get them handled. Five star service from him every time

Termite protection plan is useless. Their inspection failed to find the termites already in my house, then placed bait stations too far away to work. When the termites swarmed, we called and they didn’t provide any effective treatment. Choose another company so your house won’t get eaten like mine.
