I want to share this experience as feedback for management because it reflects a serious issue in how first impressions are handled. I called as a first-time customer to ask a few questions before signing up. From the beginning of the call, the tone felt dismissive and condescending, which made it difficult to have a productive conversation or feel confident moving forward. I am withholding the representative’s name to respect their privacy, but the interaction itself was not aligned with a basic standard of professionalism or customer service. I was simply trying to understand the service so I could make an informed decision, but I did not feel that my questions were being answered with patience or respect. As the call was ending, I attempted to politely thank the representative and ask one final question. Instead, I was interrupted and the call was abruptly ended with “Bye bye, have a nice day.” This interaction directly influenced my decision not to proceed. First impressions matter, especially in service-based businesses, and the behavior at the front line can determine whether potential clients move forward or walk away. Pest control is often an emotional and significant financial decision for many people. If the very first interaction feels dismissive or unprofessional, it becomes difficult to trust that future interactions or service experiences will be any different. I would strongly encourage management to review how calls like this are handled, because small moments in tone and professionalism can have a significant impact on trust and conversion.

The team at Fox is consistently wonderful! We've used their services for several years now and every technician that's come has been very thorough. Scheduling is really easy and they're always very responsive to any questions or follow-up requests. And most importantly, their services really do keep the bugs away!

Stay away from them the only way they contact you is via email when they charge you will not contact you before they supposedly go by and spray your yard when I can look on camera and see them put a sign in yard and walk across yard and leave within 2 minutes asked to cancel service due to no contact and they refused unless I pay an cancelization fee that is more than what I owe if I pay month to month. They assured they would contact me every month but have never done that I work out of town so to know ahead of time would be great so someone could be there. What a complete waste of money

The service technician was very helpful and professional, but the product used didn’t work. I still had ticks on my dogs that they pick up in the yard every day and bring inside the house. So that part of the service is disappointing. I am thinking of going a different route by doing it again myself. So I will be calling later to cancel the service for next time. Beware! Fox is now ridiculously expensive. They tales me into a year contract and am charged every month whether they do anything or not. In addition to paying high costs, there is a lot they don’t cover -and try to sell you those extra services. When I asked to cancel my contract they said they would charge me a $250.00 cancellation fee! Going with them was a huge mistake.
