Ryder Wingo and Fox did a great job. Two of our Mice traps went off, and needed to be re-charged. Fox ands Ryder came out in a day! Checked everything, re-loaded the traps, and made some great recomendations for us. In and out quick. Excellent service.

I don’t normally leave negative reviews, but after two years with Fox Pest Control, I can’t recommend them based on my experience. For two years, I followed their instructions exactly. Every time I saw a live roach, I called for another service visit, often every few weeks. Most visits lasted only a couple of minutes. The technician would spray a few spots and leave. I rarely, if ever, saw dead roaches afterward, and the problem never truly got under control. I do want to give credit where it’s due. The newer technician who started coming out was much more thorough, and I finally started seeing some improvement. Unfortunately, by then I was exhausted from constantly waiting until another live roach appeared before I could get service again. It always felt like we were reacting to the problem instead of preventing it. One of the biggest frustrations was the lack of communication. I would call and explain exactly what I was seeing and where I was seeing it, but when the technician arrived, it often seemed like they had no idea why they were there or what issues I had reported. It felt like I had to start over and explain everything from scratch at nearly every visit. I was also repeatedly told someone would come back for follow up visits, but those follow ups often never happened. The consistency of service seemed to depend entirely on which technician happened to come that day. In my experience, the treatment itself was generally just a quick spray with a few sticky traps. There was never a more comprehensive treatment plan or strategy to fully eliminate the problem. After two years of service, I recently found a large American cockroach in my bed and another in my daughter’s bedroom on the same day. That was the point where I decided it was time to switch companies. I understand that no pest control company can guarantee you’ll never see another bug. My disappointment is that after two years of paying for service, I never felt like there was a proactive plan to solve the problem. I expected better communication, more thorough follow through, and a long term strategy instead of repeatedly starting over. This was my experience, and I hope it helps others make an informed decision.

John Rigdon performed a detailed account of what he was applying and scheduled a follow up to ensure the treatment is working. He was great at alerting us when he was on the way and very accommodating. As always, we are very happy with our choice to use Fox Pest Control.

Stephen was quick to come over after finding a rather large spider in our house. He was super nice, professional, got the house sprayed down and was on his way quickly. Great service, hopefully that's the last of the spiders and scorpions we see for a few months!

Fox Pest Control can really pun intended "BUG YOU OUT" with the text messages the calls the emails Etc .... I spoke with a young man named GAVIN J.. he was amazing! he worked me out financially.. emotionally.. and kept a great sense of humor with me telling him this is why I quit using Fox Pest Control the first time.. He took/ understood me saying that sometimes with what the seller says and what they leave you with.. is not always the same! He comforted me through appropriate wording and the sales.. Gavin was great with meeting my needs giving me the price I wanted and making room for things that I may need in the future thank you Gavin..!

Josh was hands down one of the most persistent and hardworking salespeople I’ve ever met in his industry. As someone who works in sales myself, I know the daily grind and rejection that comes with going door to door — and this young man does it with professionalism, consistency, and a great attitude. He ended up selling me on their bug spray service, and honestly, his work ethic alone deserved the opportunity. Seeing him out there on his scooter, putting in the effort day after day, was impressive. Companies need more employees like Josh. He absolutely deserves recognition (and honestly a raise) for how hard he works!

I'm coming down to a year w having service w fox when I requested service I asked for the flea n tick inside treatment and outside treatment considering I have inside and outside dogs again I'm going on a year w service each time they visit my house I would see them treating the inside n outside so when I call them so they can do a touch up on the inside n outside they wanted to tell me that my plan doesn't include outside I was confused if that's what I requested n asked now there saying I don't have that treatment n again I'm confused to this then what was being treated outside oh that's for ants they said I was pissed because my contact ends on April n now they want to do another contract for the outside nothing was resolved and what I had asked for service wasn't applied except for the inside but again I wanted the outside n inside money isn't the issue here either it's having both places to treated not just one I will be looking for another place Here's an update on my experience about fox it is even posted on here that ya were going to come by and yet no one ever showed up nor was there an hr ahead call for someone to show up and do the service that was expected for 3/6 so again proven that ya say ya are going to do what ya say ya are going to do and yet again the words ya promised again are not being fulfilled

They get 1 star because giving zero stars wasn’t an option. Fox Pest control is absolutely a scam. They will trick you into signing a 2 year contract. Then they pretend to spray. I literally caught them twice not spraying a drop while on my property. And I’m not the only one this happens to. I have friends and acquaintances that say the same thing happens to them. And when you call and complain all they will do is offer 1/2 off next month. And guess what!!!! They still charge the full amount. Homeowner beware. Fox will steal Your money. You’re better off spraying for pest yourself. Then Bobby will pretend to try to get in touch with you. Only to not answer his phone and send reply text that he is in a meeting and will call you back. Only to not call back or answer his phone. This Company is a complete scam providing Midland and Odessa nothing at all.
