Termite protection plan is useless. Their inspection failed to find the termites already in my house, then placed bait stations too far away to work. When the termites swarmed, we called and they didn’t provide any effective treatment. Choose another company so your house won’t get eaten like mine.

Literally the worse company on earth. I’ve been going back and forth with this company about sending someone to me, I was stood up by one of their tech after he decided to do a no call no show, while the customer service team is telling me he is on route to me. He apologized and showed up the next day, only for him to not inspect my home and told me he would take pictures of the back the house to see what he found, yet he lied again and drove off, telling me he has a meeting. I spoke to their team which assured me I would helped by sending another tech and again they failed to do so. I canceled my work and my plans and waited for them to show up, the tech told me he would show up from 12-2pm even thou I made a morning appointment. The company is so unprofessional, rude. In conclusion, look for other companies before considering this one!!!!

I was very skeptical about going to Fox before, but their prices were great and they seemed to actually want my business so I figured I'd give them a shot. I have been surprised at the quality of the work they do and their really good customer service. My previous and more expensive service's tech was nice, but they didn't do half the stuff on a regular service that Fox's tech does. I love that they actually do the full job, sweeping cobwebs and nests off of the overhangs and porches, and being through and paying attention to the details. I've been super impressed, very glad I switched!

The sign of a good company is their customer service and how they respond and interact with customers. From the first call we made to them, they were pleasant, respectful, and patient. My wife asked them so many questions even I was saying enough with questions!! but they answered every one patiently and pleasantly. When they came to do the initial service, they noticed other issues and they took care of them. The also noticed that we have black widow web and came back on a different day with the proper treatment. Sterling was AWSOME!! and I couldn't thank him enough, and I couldn't thank Fox Pest Control enough! So, thank you again. My advice to people who are thinking about using Fox for their need is look no more! Sign with them.
