I’ve been using Fox Pest for over a year now. I have 3 homes that get serviced monthly. The techs are always friendly and very knowledgeable. They ask if there are any issues that might need to be addressed and set about fixing any request. I live in a very rural area. Mice are a great concern, I can honestly say that I’ve not had a problem since using Fox. My brother had a problem with stink bugs which is no longer a problem. Well worth the money spent to have peace of mind.

Our technician came- on time and was very nice. He was able to identify the small insects that started growing in our house for the last 2 months. He was able to also treat those areas inside and out. He let me know about these insects- how they get in house, they don’t bit, etc. the info gave me a game plan to insulate windows and doors more. Fox Pest emails before every vist and calls with a time window of arrival. Customer service and technicians are always professional and a pleasure to talk and work with. They will knock and announce thier arrival and let you know what service is being done and anwser any questions you have and report back to the necessary Department to address the issue on the next visit or if needed ASAP.
