Returning customer here. Moved to NJ from VA where I used Fox for a few years. This NJ office is light years ahead of other “local” companies. I was lucky enough to run into a top rep, Bruno, who showed me all of my options and put ZERO pressure on me to sign up. Either you have bugs on your property or you’re pretending you don’t. This office is so efficient that Orion the service tech was able to come take care of my initial visit within a couple hours. I am impressed so far in the effectiveness of their products, but I am blown away with the level of care for their clients they have shown so far. Companies like this are few and far between lately. Zero regret giving them my money.

Joel was awsome. He spoke to my wife about what he was there to do and how the process works. Very respectful young man. Came on time text to let someone know he would be arriving to the property to perform his duties and performed a great job. All the guys in the Fox crew were very professional and dog friendly. Very knowledgeable and explained everything they were doing to insulate my attic! They took out all the old insulations & blocked up all the openings that critters could get through. They even added boxes around electrical junctions for easy future fixes! Kovu gives them a big thumbs up!

John is awesome representative of Fox Pest Control. I walked around with John and he explained to every application he was doing and explain what it does and how it affects keeping the passed away. I asked him to come in the house and hit the entryways and some windows in the basement, which he did without any problems. You should know he’s an excellent employee. As a business owner myself if my guys were half as professional as him I would be happy what a good man he is. . I even told him I was thinking of canceling your program because other technicians not telling me when they were coming and just showing up.😎 i

I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by Fox Pest Control. We were already dealing with springtails and spiders, but after their treatment, the issue actually seemed to worsen rather than improve. There was also a lack of proper follow-up, especially for interior spraying, which was never handled thoroughly. Communication and service consistency were both lacking. To make matters worse, I was charged $250 to cancel the contract, which added to my frustration given the unsatisfactory service experience. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Fox Pest Control to others.

I signed up for the service in July and while the pest exterminator service is ok, their billing department is horrible! I have my credit card set on autopay and they have been charging me twice every month instead of once. I called them to notify when I noticed and they said they have only received the payment once each month and no body was ready to look into this. I provided the screenshots from my credit card statements via email as they requested but never got a response back. There is either some problem with their billing system or its an error but nobody is ready to look into it. I would not recommend using this company.

It started when I called the operator few days earlier. The person on the other line was very professional and worked to make my request happen. Then on the day scheduled. I received my text letting me know that the service tech was on his way. This was perfect since as a landlord it gave me time to let my tenants know. Once he arrived at the property, I received a phone call from the technician. I talked to him about my concerns. Once inside with my tenants. I was told he was professional and helpful.
