Brian Horton serviced our property. He is very thorough and after talking with him seems very knowledgeable in this position. Easy to talk to and answers and explains all of my questions. Very happy to have him as our pest guy. Not sure what we pay because its a commercial account and I di not get that information so I'm going to hit the first one so I can finish this review.

Found Fox Pest off a quick Google search. Been experiencing an ongoing cricket situation around our home since last fall. We tried all home remedies on our end and had finally had enough of the constant chirping. It was very easy to call Fox Pest to setup our service and sales rep Ryan was very straight forward and not pushy. Was even able to get an appointment for the very next business day. Our technician, Katie was extremely knowledgeable about the crickets and other pests. She pointed out some recommendations on how to avoid ways to attract such pests (ex: trimming up our bushes more). Very courteous and mindful of our time & concerns. Overall, very pleased with our first service with them. Have already noticed a difference in just a matter of hours of less cricket noises! Thank you Fox Pest!

These guys are great! We just had our first follow up appointment after the bait stations were initially installed. I was very happy with their service they provided us this past year. I canceled my subscription after over a year in preparation of closing on the sale of our home. 4 weeks after canceling, I noticed some ants, called and asked if they could swing by when in the area to do a treatment, as that was always their mission statement. But because I was no longer a customer in the system they would have to charge me $400 for one visit. I would hope that people would value a customer's loyalty for a year and do the right thing.

Exceptional Service from John Mosher! Had pest control team come to my home for quick update for some vermin around the outbuilding, and I couldn’t be more impressed with the service! John was friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive. He arrived on time and took care of the vermin traps. Having someone go door to door at nearly 8 pm is completely unacceptable. Like if someone doesn’t answer on the first knock, do not continue to try and get an answer. When I came out and the salesperson was trying to talk about their services, I made it a point to say we were good, as my dogs were going ballistic and my partner was trying to sleep for work. Even if we were looking into a pest control service, I would not be going with a company who thinks having people knocking on doors this late in the evening is acceptable. Thanks, but no thanks 🙄.

My technician Shawna was great! She was on time, friendly, and professional. Couldn't really ask for more. My sales rep Camden was also super chill. He wasn't "salesy" sounding at all which I appreciated. I wouldn't have considered the service if not for his laid-back no-pressure demeanor. But I plan on buying the house I'm renting so I thought this would be a good idea to do.

George was extremely kind and thorough!! He took his time finding all the points of entry for my mice lodgers and did the steps to bait and block up further entry!! He was kind and tolerant of my two small dogs that were very interested in what he was doing!! He was on time professional and personable.
