Today we had Fox Pest company treat our property for mice. We were concerned about the chemicals because we have Dog less than 1 yr old. The gentleman they sent was amazing. He gave me a history lesson about mice & rats how they will store food for months & even eat the electrical wiring in this big old farmhouse. He let me watch his every detail. His name was John so if you are in need of pest control, I highly recommend him. John was pleasant & very professional. He gave me so much information. I am very pleased with this service.

Fox Pest Control is a God send. We had an issue with bugs. They promptly serviced our home...literally within 24 hours. Very response, knowledgeable, professional and timely team. Great communication. You are assigned to a main technician who is available via text at any time to ask questions. Brian was the lead technician who serviced our home. He answered all of my questions and was available at any time via text. Fox followed up with us after a few weeks by completing a home visit and retreating problematic areas based off feedback from us about reported bug activity. We cannot express enough the importance of asking questions and working with your exterminator about your bug issues. You are the eyes in the home 24-7, communicate with your exterminator and you will have great results. We highly recommend Fox Pest Control Manchester; you will not be disappointed. Worth every penny! Way better than other companies I have hired in the past for routine quarterly pest control services. I will never call any other company for pest control. Very happy customer.

I’m away and was able to open my garage door with my phone . What a nice genuine person he is. Merry Christmas to you all! The fact that they do come unsolicited to your door and will still try and sell you products even after you’re paying a monthly fee is definitely not great. That being said, every tech I’ve had out to my house has been very knowledgeable, professional and took the time needed to get the job done well and asked me if there were any concerns I’ve had. I’ve also had them out a few times free of charge and it’s been working out good. So they’re probably not going to be your cheapest option but so far I’ve felt good about my purchase. It does not feel they are out to scam you.
