Alex came to my house today to do my initial treatment Did an amazing job. He was professional courteous and took the time to explain to me the different parts of the treatment he was doing. The tech wasn't able to due much due to the snow. He mentions this in his report. "Treated accessible perimeter." "Inspected accessible foundation." Those accessible areas aren't the possible problem area's. His report also says he treated interior which he did not. considering that I am under contract and paying monthly for this. I feel he should have to due the quarterly treatment again when he can access the whole perimeter of the house.

Rubin Sinisterra is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job checking and replacing my traps. He shoveled snow to access several traps enclosed under my sunroom and deck to replenish bait. Great service by John Cassaboon and quick with making any adjustments. We were able to catch 5 mice out of the 6 traps he left and he reset them today and added a few bait stations. Ruben Sinisterra did an absolutely outstanding job at our home. We had a mice problem, and he was incredibly thorough from start to finish. He went through the entire house, inside and out, and found the holes where the mice were getting in. Not only did he identify the problem, but he also sealed the entry points right away.
