If you think being an existing member means you will get quick service for urgent pest issues, please think again and pick a different company. "Same day service guaranteed" really means a week out, not worth the money you will pay monthly for a quarterly service that other competitors charge for a monthly service. Wouldn't recommend. This is by no fault of any of the technicians that come to the property to do the service. The technicians that come onsite are very thorough and point out any concerns. My issue is mainly with the false advertising, overpriced service & interval.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough. From my first interaction with them through the completion of the work, everyone was professional, compassionate, communicative, and incredibly easy to work with. On the day of the service, the team went above and beyond my expectations. They were friendly and respectful, carefully brought all of my boxes down from the attic, and even helped dispose of the ones I no longer wanted to keep. They took the time to explain what they were doing, answered my questions, and were exceptionally thorough throughout the entire process. Dealing with a pest issue can be stressful, but they made the experience as smooth and reassuring as possible. Their level of customer service and attention to detail was outstanding. I would not hesitate to use them again or recommend them to anyone in need of pest removal services.

Alex came to my house today to do my initial treatment Did an amazing job. He was professional courteous and took the time to explain to me the different parts of the treatment he was doing. I am very glad to know that he will be my technician in the future. My dogs even came out to meet him and they liked him right away!

The tech wasn't able to due much due to the snow. He mentions this in his report. "Treated accessible perimeter." "Inspected accessible foundation." Those accessible areas aren't the possible problem area's. His report also says he treated interior which he did not. considering that I am under contract and paying monthly for this. I feel he should have to due the quarterly treatment again when he can access the whole perimeter of the house.

Rubin Sinisterra is very knowledgeable and did an excellent job checking and replacing my traps. He shoveled snow to access several traps enclosed under my sunroom and deck to replenish bait. He showed me an area of entry and filled it with steel wool. I highly recommend!!! Rubin is very conscientious. Jim Longacre. Very happy customer.!!! Please send me Rubin every time!!!

Great service by John Cassaboon and quick with making any adjustments. We were able to catch 5 mice out of the 6 traps he left and he reset them today and added a few bait stations. Friendly and very comfortable having him in my home. Thanks so much this will really help my family sleep better and have a nice summer later with less bugs.
