My Tech Julian Useda did an amazing job. He made sure to explain what was being done and the chemicals he used to assuge my anxiety because I have dogs and a granddaughter. Our specific issue was seeing ticks coming inside the home. Super Duper Trooper!

5/20 Update: A manager contacted me 5/11 and reported she would honor my requests of 1) Cancelling all services/jobs, 2) terminating any associated contracts/agreements, 3) processing refunds for work already completed, 4) waiving the cancellation fee, and 5) reimbursing for wall damage caused by the company - upon getting a quote. Now 5/20, management is stating that they will only honor 1-4 and will no longer reimburse for wall damage they have caused due to it not exceeding what they already agreed to waive/cancel. ——————— Extremely disappointing experience from start to finish. The company repeatedly rescheduled appointments, failed to communicate updates, left contracted work unfinished, and caused damage to my property. Timeline of Events: 5/6 – Incomplete Service Attic-related work for mice was to be completed on 5/6. Although the invoice reflected a service window of 8AM-8PM, the technicians left at about 3:00 PM and said they would need to return the next day to finish. 5/7 – Multiple Reschedules I was told our technician would return between 8-9AM on 5/7. Later that day we received calls moving the appointment to 12PM and then again the following day because they “were stuck an another job an hour away.” I was told I would receive another call with an updated timeframe after the technician spoke with a service manager, but nobody called back. 5/8 – Failure to Return Calls Because I had not received any updates, I contacted the company myself on 5/8. The front desk representative rescheduled the appointment again for 5/9 between 8-9AM. During that call, I requested callbacks from both the technician and the branch manager. I was told both would contact me that day, but neither did. 5/9 – Appointment No-Show On 5/9, I went to the property and waited for the appointment, but nobody showed. At 9:45 AM, I called again and was told the appointment had been canceled due to another customer emergency. I was never notified of this cancellation beforehand, which resulted in additional wasted time and inconvenience. To make matters worse, I also discovered the following while inspecting the property after technicians arrived: 1) Noticeable scratches/damage to my walls 2) Insulation/debris left behind without cleanup The lack of professionalism, communication, and respect for my time throughout this process has been unacceptable. I would not recommend this company based on my experience.

I had a very frustrating experience with this pest control company and would not recommend them. To start, I paid for both an interior service plan and a full-yard treatment. The initial appointment was supposed to include an interior inspection and service, but the technician who came out said he wasn’t qualified to fix a small hole in our attic. We were told someone else would come later that day or the next day—no one ever showed up or followed up. Then, a different technician came out for the exterior service with only about 30 minutes’ notice, so we weren’t even home. On top of that, they did not complete the service as quoted. We were quoted and paid for treatment of our entire property, but they only covered a small portion of it. The technician wouldn’t even go to certain areas of our yard and didn’t fog for mosquitoes at all. Instead, he just scattered some kind of tick treatment by hand, which was not what we paid for and honestly felt very unprofessional. When I called customer service to fix the issue, I was put on long holds and got nowhere. They told me that if I wanted someone to come back out for a “respray” (even though the original service was never properly completed), I would have to pay additional fees. That’s unacceptable. To make matters worse, none of the interior services were ever done—no treatment and the attic issue was never addressed—despite paying for that plan as well. After all of this, when I tried to cancel, they attempted to charge me a $250 early termination fee on top of the money I had already spent for services that were never properly delivered. This has been a complete waste of time and money. Poor communication, incomplete service, and extremely disappointing customer support. I strongly suggest looking at other companies before choosing this one.

Horrible service! I was throughly disappointed in my visit. First he called 15 minutes prior to arrival- thankfully I was home. Then he used a duster to apply powder. I questioned the upper windows and he lied to me saying he had an extended wand. He half heartedly treated my windows - never the uppers - skipping many. Then he applied the treatment to the mulch no where near my house and into locations - not even locations that are an issue. What he did not know was I have cameras all around my home and I watched his very poor performance. Dissatisfaction does not cover my reaction I refuse to pay for this service. It was a joke

I always love when Terrence is our technician. He is prompt, I recieve a text about 20 mins before he arrives every time. He is respectful and thorough, always takes care of any issues I point out upon his arrival. And bonus points, he has an incredible singing voice. I love listening to him sing whatever gospel song he has in his head on any given day as he makes his way around the house. This man is a true blessing and we appreciate him. 🙏

(Commercial Location) I love their service! The technicians always explain to me what they do in my location and gave me tips for a better control. (Update) John is the technician assigned to our center, and we are truly grateful for his meticulous work. We operate a childcare facility, and John understands our needs perfectly. He checks every corner of the building with great attention to detail, is extremely careful when applying treatments, especially knowing that we care for infants, and always takes the time to explain how we can keep our facility pest-free. He even takes photos to show us areas of concern and what has been addressed. Thank you, John! See you next time.
