(Commercial Location) I love their service! The technicians always explain to me what they do in my location and gave me tips for a better control. (Update) John is the technician assigned to our center, and we are truly grateful for his meticulous work. We operate a childcare facility, and John understands our needs perfectly. He checks every corner of the building with great attention to detail, is extremely careful when applying treatments, especially knowing that we care for infants, and always takes the time to explain how we can keep our facility pest-free. He even takes photos to show us areas of concern and what has been addressed. Thank you, John! See you next time.

James did a great job. He is actually the first person to ask what I wanted done. My main concern this time were the cobwebs and dead bugs around doorways, windows and on the porch. He took care of it! So very friendly, a great personality and polite.

Was billed for a service that wasn't performed tech says he was here from 11-12:17 pm on 9/11/2025, I was home as was my wife (as we are retired) and we saw or heard no-one, my dogs didn't alert either Also none of my cameras picked him up at that time frame. I was in backyard cutting down a tree There are spider webs all over my front porch including one around the camera on the doorbell, when we called and spoke to Gavin to cancel the services he stated he would refund the payment only if we stayed with them which I refused I am not paying for services I don't receive he then proceeded to hang up on us. The photos below are just of my front porch area, the last one the spider is in its corner alive! here are the techs notes Service Notes: Hello Nancy today I serviced your home on the exterior perimeter What I saw: light spider activity light webs around your home What I did: I treated the exterior perimeter with a liquid barrier treatment to decrease insect activity I placed a dry insecticide bait into the mulch for extra protection I treated all visible webs around your home I also treated cracks and crevices around your home What to expect: expect light activity as insects will try to evacuate away from insecticide expect to see a few dead bugs around as insecticides will make it hard for them to survive What I recommend: no recommendations at this time Thank you for choosing fox pest control if you have any questions or concerns please contact Fox Pest Control thank you for your business and have a great day see you next visit your pest technician Taz a link will be sent to you shortly rate my service today a 9 or 10 would be appreciated thank you As you can plainly see he did not perform what he said because he wasn't even HERE!!! Services have hopefully been canceled i do not recommend them at all something has changed with them we had been with them for 5 yrs but service has been in decline for awhile now I rate as 1 star but if I could it would be zero. cannot rate this person or this company anymore added more photos of backyard unreal and these didn't show up overnight

Been having a wasp problem lately which is no fun. Found this place on Google, the reviews were amazing so I decided to give them a call. I have my first appointment scheduled soon, but I have to commend the amazing customer service that I experienced over the phone. It was so refreshing- most of the time when you call larger corporations/groups to ask questions or schedule appointments, you’re met with very crabby monotone personalities (which I understand to a degree), but I experienced the exact opposite with the gentleman I spoke to. His name was Ryan. He took the time to answer all my questions, go over packages and bundles, and was very friendly overall. Super excited and can’t wait to see how the appointment goes! EDIT- my appointment went great!! Marcus did an outstanding job!! Kept me updated throughout the entire process and was able to get rid of the pests for me. I feel much better now that the nests (yes-multiple😳!!) are now gone. Will definitely be requesting Marcus for future appointments- and I encourage anyone else to as well!! First experience was a great one- the two interactions I have had with employees so far has been so awesome which is a true testament to the company’s values!! 10/10 stars!!

Daniel, the amazing technician who came to our house today, receives a 5-star review for his customer service and for taking the time to make sure we felt comfortable with the home treatment we were choosing from Fox! The company as a whole however receives a 2-star review, hence the 3-star review overall haha when we initially called several days ago and explained our situation, it seemed like the sales team provided us with as much information as would create a tad bit of fear in us so we’d purchase a package from them. We assumed they knew best and ended up deciding to move forward with Fox, And set up a home treatment. Today when we asked some questions of Daniel though to make sure we understood what we were getting into, prior to any treatment being done, we started to realize that the sales team hadn’t given us a full picture of what all was actually necessary for our specific situation. We called the general number after Daniel suggested we call the sales team back and ask more questions, and it felt like they were talking in circles, never fully answering our questions or putting our minds at ease. They again made it seem like we had no option but to move forward with the initial home treatment. Daniel did not encourage us one way or the other, he only encouraged us to understand what we had originally said yes to. After hanging up the phone with the sales team, we talked with several other people who have been in similar situations in the past, did more intentional research, and needless to say, we’ve decided not to move forward with Fox. The sales team was kind each time we spoke, but I think fully understanding the client’s specific situation before suggesting a package, and one that requires follow up visits and monthly charges at that, should be highest priority, even if it means they don’t make the sale.

Had ants and mice in the house. Tech by the name of Terrell came out in the morning and did a very thorough inspection on both the inside and outside of the home. He even suggested a few tips to help control any future occurrences. Very professional and polite. Definitely recommend this company.

Fox called me and told me I had a free termite inspection. Tech came out and told me I have termites and was offering a big discount if I got the treatment asap. I got a second opinion from my uncle who is a retired pest control tech and he confirmed there were no termites. Will be switching over to another pest control. Disliked the dishonesty. One thing is to claim I do have termites, another is to say I may. They were confident that I had them. Pest control services are affordable though.
