“Avoid this business! Extremely poor customer service and communication. Failed to return multiple phone calls before and after service, failed to show up at scheduled times/dates (which were extremely vague in the first place - "sometime Saturday" is not an appropriate appointment time!) and failed to contact us to reschedule or notify us that they were running late. Once the service was finally done, they charged $100 more than the quoted price. Completely disappointed with this business and will NOT have them back on my property again.”
