“This was a terrible experience. We paid $800.00 for absolutely no help at all with our problem. This guy had an answer for everything and a solution for nothing. After paying him $650.00 I wrote and told him the problem was as bad as ever, that he could keep the money we gave him but we were going to get someone else to help. He called and assured us that he would continue to help for as long as it took to eliminate the bug problem. He came back once for the remaining money due and then refused to come again, accusing us of reintroducing the problem somehow. This guy is a modern-day snake-oil salesman who's talent lies in "greasing and fleecing" his customers. Very bad experience indeed. I would never recommend his business.”

“Lies hurt wildlife, and this company spreads those lies by suggesting that their rodent poisons do not harm non-target animals. They then try to belittle you as you ask more questions, and never actually reveal their product so that one can look up the issues independently. This sort of misinformation and incompetence is actively killing local wildlife as well as free roaming pets. Give a hoot, don't poison the animals that naturally take care of the pests for you, and don't trust a company that tells you their poison only kills what you want it to. Also they charge $175 a month to have the traps in place, ridiculous. on top of all of that, they failed at removing the rat problem, which we later solved with a $10 hose and the car exhaust. Other safer and more effective options are out there for rodent control, this is not one of them.”
