I called Family Home Pest Control and was greeted by a very friendly receptionist who listened to my problem. (I had a nasty yellow jacket nest beside my house and I was attacked the day before pulling weeds,) She agreed that someone should come by right away. Jon, who was busy that day working with other accounts made time for me and called me from the field to understand my situation. “I called today about 4pm after another company cancelled coming for the day. John was very helpful with answering all my questions and was able to send someone out within an hour or so. Brian who came out to the house was very nice, helpful, and professional. He even talked to my kids about bees and showed them a bee in a sealed jar. The receptionist was very delightful as well as professional to work with. After she found out what the pest was I was transferred to Jon, the inspector for Family Home Pest Control. He is very knowledgeable about all kinds of pests and he advised me about the kind of ants and spiders I had in my home. After comparing Family Home Pest Control with all the other companies I had talked with, they turned out to be a far better deal. They got rid of my pests in short order at a very reasonable rate and I am very happy I called them. I would certainly recommend Family Home Pest Control to any of my friends and family.
