The gentleman who came to my house today was very nice and knowledgeable. He was even very friendly to my overly bouncy dog! Took a look around and then started his work. Only reason for a loss of star was coming at the very end of the 2 hr window and that there was some confusion on the service I had ordered.

Horrible! Orkin came out to deal with a pest problem a year ago. Problem reappeared this year. I called about a dozen times to get a technician to come out again. Left messages and no one called back. Finally got hold of someone who said I would receive a phone call to schedule a visit. No phone call. Then the technician shows up when I'm not home. I call again and am told I'm not on the 'autocall list' which is why I didn't receive a phone call. No one had mentioned the 'autocall list' before. I ask to be put on the list and make a new appointment. I wait all afternoon and the technician never shows up. I call the office and am told he's running late and will arrive within half an hour. I keep waiting. He doesn't show up. I call the office again. No one calls back. I finally call the regional number and am told that they will ensure I receive a call from the technician to schedule a new appointment. Over a week later, still no call. I don't get it - massive disorganization? I will be using a different service.

The first visit and inspection was not as thorough as I thought it would be for the money paid. Technician was nice enough but not very ambitious. It was a rainy day and technician came into the house and across the area rugs with no covering over her shoes. Also, felt that the amount of supplies used was limited and on the low end to control insect problem.
