On top of that, the guy that came in walked past me while I was asking him to give me a minute to pick up after my kids and sprayed poison all over their Christmas presents. Another time they came and left the key the office gave them in the door so anyone could come in. To summarize, they are ineffective, rude, and irresponsible.”

“This was the worse company I have ever dealt with. I should have known this after reading 1 star reviews from other people who have said nothing but terrible things about this company, but I wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt and give them a chance. So we have some birds in our dryer vents that needed to be taken out and the vents screened. Well that morning, the technician Dawn, came out to our home on time (only positive I can give them since I'm being nice), and I showed her the situation. She didn't seem very knowledgeable and just agreed with everything I was saying, but she said she would get the birds out and nesting and the vents screened later that afternoon. Well, that afternoon came and I kept waiting and waiting. Never got a call from her to let me know when she was coming. So I finally look out my window and see her car parked out front. I thought, ok maybe she is going to knock and let me know she's going to get started. Well, that wasn't the case. I kept waiting and looking out my window for 30 mins. Finally, I see her car gone so I thought she just left and decided she couldn't do it or something. I went outside to get something and I see her around the corner poking inside the vent with a metal rod. I thought this was very unprofessional to not even let the customer know when she was coming or doing this. She told me to go back inside as this could be graphic since there were baby birds inside there also. So I went back inside and not even 10 mins, I hear a knock. She said the baby birds knew how to fly so they just all flew off, but she didn't have stuff to screen the vents so we had to go buy this (this was not what was told to us earlier that morning). I was not very happy about this, so I told her and she said well just call the office and I'm sure they will get me to go get something to fix this. I was already upset at this point so I told her ok and she left. I went outside to see what she had done and she made a big hole where the vent was which had previously not been there before. This cost us $85 for her to spend 10 mins poking a metal rod in to get the bird out, break our vent, pushed the nesting in further (she never even got this out. didn't even have the right equipment for it), and never put a screening over the vent which was originally what was discussed and planned. I called the office to speak with a manager the next day and complained about the situation and how unprofessional the technician was. She was all nice and tried to make up for it by saying she will get a technician out there the next day at 4pm to screen the vents. I was pleased to hear this so I gave them another chance. Well, the next day came and luckily I decided to call around 3pm to make sure they were still coming. Of course this wasn't the case. I talked to that lady again, and she said she had been trying to reach me all day which wasn't true because I had no phone calls from them. She said they had been so busy! Anyway, they were never planning on fixing the situation and making it right. She said the technician she talked to said our vent was already broken! I was livid. I had before and after pictures of the vents and that was not true at all. I put this aside though and told her this wasn't what was discussed. She told me she was going to have a technician come out to put a screen over our vents. But now, she brings up the topic of how there was already a hole there and ignoring about the screens. I told her it's ok because we will never use them again and they will never touch our house because they will just ruin it more and have no idea what they're doing. And they earned their 1 star reviews from multiple people. Oh, we got a invoice from them a couple of days later charging us $85 for this hole in our wall they caused and in the signature box, they put daughter home. Never even got us to sign a thing and want us to pay for ruining our home and no documentation. So all in all, do not use this unprofessional, unacknowledgable, rude company. They will ruin your home and make it worse.”

“The Guy that came 30 minutes late, did not introduce himself, wasn't friendly or talkative. He didn't seem to care about anything in my home, used his boots to kick cabinet doors shut. He didn't explain anything to me, but I knew what to ask so I got answers. When I called to pay with a credit card , he gave me the receipt and left without saying anything else. I hope the bugs are gone after this 1 treatment like they promised. Won't use them again. Unprofessional and over all not a good experience.”
