“Love that it's a natural spray and not harmful to myself or family. Also scheduling and payments were flexible and easy. But after 8 months, the pest issue hasn't improved much. It's more of a preventive than a killer. After they spray don't see much activity after 2 days. Than slowly comes back over the next month. Just wish there was a stronger natural spray rather than spraying poison in my house.”

“The technicians are friendly and show up on time. The office staff are not nice at all! I only call at night after hours to leave a message because the office staff are so rotten I actually have anxiety about calling. They argue, go off, and even make you feel like your the bad person for not wanting termites in your home after paying for a service to get rid of them for so many years. They do not respect the customer at all and have set up appointments at hours that I've asked them not to. Every experience I've had calling their office was always a bad one. They are very rude! The technicians take time to service all the areas of my house the problem is the stuff doesn't do anything! I've had service for over five years and still have loads of termites. The problem has only gotten worst since I got the service. It feels like the product only feeds and help breed more termites. They give every reason in the world why I still have termites except for their product not working. I want a natural method but this one clearly doesn't work. I've seen termites come right out of holes they treated with product they say last five years. Any damage to your home is your own problem so there is no guarantee or incentive for using their product. I understand that this is Florida and termites do come back but mine just don't come back they get worst each year. So what am I paying for? I've finally come to my senses and will not renew my contract again. I have damage to all my floors from termites and holes they have filled with wood filler that does not match. The only reason I put one star is for the technicians not the product or the office staff. I don't know who owns the company but his office people are not helping their business.”
