“Amazing, best service technicians ever came and service our home for ants and spiders today, I've have had techs come out before and they were okay, but today two came techs came out, Kerry and Py came out this time, Mr. Kin knocked on my door, asked if I had seen anything, I told him one new wasp nest in the eaves, he said he and Kerry would take care of it, when everything was done,I like how he comes back and tells me what been found and how it was treated, as for the wasp, he said he didn't need any product, cause in this case , his words " I brought the wasp nest down and introduced it to my combat boots", I was just amazed at their level of service, thank you Dewey Pest Control for the amazing service and providing me and my family with a better standard of living, thank you gentlemen”

“I have had the worst service experience with this company, im not slandering over petty mishaps. this was major. i have had there monthly service for 5 months. where the first month was exceptional.and they were to arrive on a set day of Mondays. which was AGREED UPON. there after i got one month where they showed up at a time not even scheduled and sprayed only the out side and counted as my service for the month, that ticked me off. the following were Cancellations with NO notifications and Reschedules with out my consent nor on my set day of Mondays. leaving my wife to have to play call Dewey and see what happened with my service. and explain the situation of why i have to have my house sprayed on Mondays (ill explain it ONE LAST TIME. I have 3 children on the Autism spectrum. so i have ABA therapist coming in an out of my house 4 days a week Tuesday through Friday and its IN HOME THERAPY. so early Monday mornings when the kids were away from the house was the only time i had to work with. and it was agreed upon with DEWEY upon signing up.) so now this NOVEMBER they FORGOT!!!!! my house services for the ENTIRE MONTH OF OCTOBER... and they reschedule day of November 2nd, now they have CANCELLED MY APPOINTMENT for NOV 2nd and where they RESCHEDULED ME NOW AGAIN for the 16th of NOVEMBER WITHOUT NOTIFYING ME. and mind you now due to NEGLIGENCE for for the month of October i got little bugs crawling in from the outside and are trying to hit my kitchen. i tried to call a manager to resolve this situation which is MATT of the COLTON dept. in southern California and his receptionist told me he was out. and he would call me back. (now what happened to communication must have gotten LOST... I GOT NO RETURN PHONE CALL. So now today I DECLINE SERVICE DUE TO NOT RECEIVING SERVICES. FROM NEGLIGENCE. I HAD TO CALL MANAGER MATT MYSELF AGAIN. playing phone tag like i don't have better things to do. where we got excuses and my wife was told he will hang up on her for being mad and swearing cause there is bugs in the kitchen... which anyone would be mad if this is happening and you keep getting cancellations and reschedule he tries to offer me immediate services for Tuesday but its un-acceptable. due to this confliction. they settled my accounts and CLOSED me out. I FEEL UPSET i went through this an had to keep seeking out management to get anything done. and AN IRRITATED since i used there services at work and referred them for over 7yrs to friends. co-workers, family, and kitchens. NO MORE. im DONE. my home is compromised with little bug I AM JUST 2 WEEKS AWAY FROM THANKSGIVING AND ONE MONTH FROM CHRISTMAS. IM HAVING BUG TROUBLE. THE WORST TIME ANYONE WOULD LIKE TO HAVE BUGS AROUND DURING HOLIDAYS WITH WARM HOMES AND FOOD ON COUNTERS. A UTTER NIGHTMARE!!!! I NO LONGER RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, IF YOU GET GOOD SERVICE YOUR LUCKY. IF YOU HAVE TO CHASE THEM FOR APPOINTMENTS THEN FIND A NEW PEST CONTROL. CAUSE YOU DON'T WANT TO GO AS LONG AS I DID PLAYING PHONE TAG WITH A RECEPTIONIST GIVE ALL THERE STAFF EXCUSES ON WHY THEY DIDN'T SHOW. AND BE TREATED LIKE THERE DOING YOU A FAVOR.”
