“They were rude on phone. I asked if they give do inspections on weekends, as we both work week days. They don't work on weekends, so I said, "Since it gets dark early these days, I can't imagine that you do inspections (after we get home from work) when its dark." Reply from Dewey, in a sarcastic tone: "Well Yeah, We can't see when its dark." I don't need sarcasm. And if the guy on the phone can not treat me with respect, its doubtful that that we will be able to discuss our termite problem in a mutually respectful way.”
