If these incompetents try to talk their way into your attic, DON"T DO IT! I have used Orkin for years for termite and crazy ant control and have always been happy with their service. This year when the termite contract needed renewing, their salesman talked me into a very expensive treatment for the attic. My first red flag was when they first arrived, everything ground to a stop while they stood around waiting for someone to bring them a roll of duct tape. In the end they failed to perform the work as specified leaving some areas untreated, they broke they access hatch to the attic, disabled the air conditioner and did a terrible job of cleaning up after themselves. As for management, they promise to call but they don't. I see no indications that they aren't satisfied with our experience.

Bruce comes to my house every month and he goes to our parents’ houses every other month. He is reliable, professional and friendly. He knows the houses and where to look for potential problems. He is trustworthy. Orkin is great because if I see a bug problem “between services,” Bruce will come back out to spray. He hasn’t had to do that, but I like the assurance. Everyone from Orkin here on the MS Gulf Coast has explained to me that I don’t NEED monthly service. They are not focused solely on the bottom line. They want their customers to be happy and “bug free!”
