“We had received 3 other quotes for our home we inherited from my husbands parents. The damage to the exterior of the home was pretty bad. we also had subterranean and drywood termites also had wood boring beetles. One huge thing that stuck out from the other inspections, Was that the initial inspection was very thorough. Can I add that he wore shoe booties??!! THANK YOU!! He crawled under the entire crawl space versus the others that literally just stuck their head and flashlight under (Afraid to get dirty). Also when the inspector gave us a quote he also left a packet that was VERY informational about the recommendations he made for our home. Most importantly They came in more than 20% lower than the other inspectors. With a one year renewable warranty!!!! Their team for treating and repairs were extremely professional. my husband and I felt very comfortable with going with DAV. and at the end we could not have been happier. Their clean up was AMAZING, Spotless. PICTURES TO FOLLOW! THANK YOU SO MUCH DAV!!”
