“We're in the middle of remodeling a 1950s era house that hasn't been tented in years. There was visible termite damage to the sub-floor and we needed an assessment before putting a new floor on top of it. Daniel came by promptly at our agreed time and pretty quickly let us know that we didn't have anything to worry about from termites in the sub-floor, it was old damage.
