“Got CPM's # on Google, they were located very close to my home.. Spoke with John about a pigeon issue on Wed. morning. He came right out to survey & seemed like a real nice guy.. He mentioned that it was a simple fix & that he would send a tech out thu. or fri. On Friday morning I tried to make contact by sending him a text, he never responded.. Called & it went straight to voice mail.. Sent him another text 2 hrs later, still have not received a response a day & 1/2 later? I wished I had called a few backups..
