I needed help with a termite problem because my apartment complex is dragging their feet, the owner doesn't care, and I want to get this problem resolved!!! I called Orkin to see if they could assist me. I spoke with Michael Martinez who was SUPER DUPER helpful!!! He, first, calmed my nerves about several concerns I had. Then, he walked me through a couple of things I could do to possibly help me get this problem resolved dealing this uncaring property owner. Michael spent time on the phone with me and he wasn't even getting any business from me!!! He even offered for me to call them back if I needed any additional help. He was AMAZING!!! He has 30 years experience and it showed. If you need an exterminator, the name to remember is Orkin!!! Too bad my awful owner won't use them.
