“Do NOT use this company for your termite pre-treatment on new construction. They are neglectful liars. They came and completed a pre-treatment on our new home. We called for our final treatment and were told that it would be 4 times the original quoted price because the pre-treatment was not done properly. The owner was insulting and denied this price gauging by defending her incompetent employee. The EPA should revoke their certification, please save yourself from the same headache!”

“Was told my flea problem would be dealt with in 2 treatments ...the first treatment (spray inside and outside ) has done absolutely nothing... probably because as I was told they sprayed insect growth regulator instead of poison ... I wanted bug death not partial birth control ... I can get igr at the hardware store for $10 instead I paid $270+ and my house is still nearly uninhabitable there are fleas still inside and out and in force .. the only thing done as described by this company was the speed they had in collecting their money ... I would have preferred seeing a single dead insect before they got paid .. I don't pay the mechanic if they don't fix my truck why am I paying for exterminators that don't kill bugs ... I was told I need to vacuum my wood floor for this to be effective? ...there is no carpet and no animals in my house ... they charged so much for nothing I can't pay for the raid bombs that actually kill fleas ... I've had more success spraying hot water to kill fleas than using buzz woodham .. while im living in an infested house I'm being told the person I need to talk to is on vacation till the end of the week ... and the only person I can get on the phone is trying to schedule another spray and charge me for it .. that vacation must be nice I paid top dollar for it ..hope you went somewhere without fleas ...”
