“I have been using Southland since 2012 on my home in Navarre. They have always been good at keeping to their scheduled times and are courteous and professional with their techs along with their phone center. A few months ago, after reading the one-star review that said they costed her thousands, I called to ask about it. The owner called me later in the day. I appreciated that because there were plenty of others that could have handled my questions. He told me that they have absolutely no idea who she is. He said for a customer to have that happen would be a huge deal. Anyhow, Southland has been exceptional for me.”
