“Buzz had to be called back to my house after the first spray, the company gave me little to no information on what I needed to do! The only info I got was to wash all my clothes and bedding after they sprayed. Waited more than 2 weeks for them to come, they had no plans to come back until they were told I still had bedbugs. They came back a second time and drenched the Perimeter of every room and soaked my bed and pillows with a chemical. The chemical listed on my receipt is highly toxic and poisonous to people. If I could give less than one star rating I would. After two treatments and two rounds of $50 laundry mat cleaning, I’m upset to say I still have bedbugs, and yet again have to clean up after them. They haven’t even contacted me to see if I’ve found anymore bugs. Waste of money, time, and resources. In these situations companies should call and check on their customers.”
